Learn how to make your Northwest garden thrive!

Learn the foundational principles of permaculture that can be applied to smaller landscapes to make a big difference in harvest, production and use of resources. In this session, you'll be introduced to permaculture as a philosophy and a technique to apply to your landscapes. As we meet each principle, see common examples and specific applications you can start implementing right away.

Presented by Lisa Miller of Eco-Restore Consulting and Design With a deep-rooted affection for the natural world, Lisa shares her enthusiasm and knowledge to cultivate a mutual love for all things green through community and collaboration. Lisa holds a Master of Environmental Horticulture with a specialization in Restoration Ecology from the University of Washington. She is also a Certified Permaculture Practitioner from Oregon State University, a Certified RainWise contractor, and a Certified Gardenary Coach.

Eco-Restore works to care for small parcels of land as they are important in the preservation and conservation all resources and natural areas. Eco-Restore creates functional and sustainable landscapes; incorporating native, edible, and medicinal plants to enhance habitats for the benefit of people and the planet. Founder and lead designer, Lisa Miller started Eco-Restore in 2018, blending her career in restoration ecology with permaculture design.
